Despite the fundamental role of social aspect in implementation sustainability bio-based industries, most assessments research have addressed environmental and economic dimensions. However, dimension has been neglected it can cause an irreparable outcome biotechnology industries. Following this issue, study propounds a modified systemic approach for impact assessment treatment technologies converting waste into bioenergy, based on review common methods. As is known, guideline presented by United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) Society Environmental Toxicology Chemistry (2009) due to considering life cycle comprehensive look at stakeholders. Therefore, paper, UNEP method was selected. needs be bio-energy supply chain derived from municipal solid waste. For purpose, bioenergy value designed combined with guideline, complete level stakeholder subgroups levels indicators. The final system board experts finalized. In order design measurement part system, because multi criteria decision making nature evaluation conversion bio-energies, recent developed multi-criteria so-called Best Worst Method (BWM) used two stages. are ranked according their average weight obtained through method.
